CASE MANAGEMENT

Casa Central Australia promotes a well defined Case Management process. The case management team have a great deal of contact with clients, guardians and their families. In conjunction we also provide a range of inclusion programs designed to support family relationships, community integration, educational/employment and other service inclusion.

RESPITE SERVICES

Casa Central Australia Inc can arrange in a variety of short term respite. Usually up to a maximum of two weeks per visit. During the visit, we assist with a variety of day options, medical appointments and community inclusion activities..
